4. Bookings & Payments

All bookings made through Shivanubhava are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

• Bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment
• Prices may vary based on temple, offering type, and date
• Payment is processed securely through certified third-party gateways
• You will receive a confirmation email and in-app notification upon booking

5. Rescheduling Policy

All bookings for sacred offerings are final and non-refundable once payment is completed. However, rescheduling is available:

• Bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded after payment
• You may reschedule your booking to a different date by contacting our support team
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service
• No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling
• If a service is cancelled by the temple, a reschedule to an alternative date will be offered

6. Prasadam Delivery

Prasadam delivery is subject to availability and serviceability of your location. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, weather, and temple schedules. Shivanubhava is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

7. User Conduct

When using Shivanubhava, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information
• Interfere with the operation or security of our services
• Reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without authorisation
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our platform

9. Limitation of Liability

Shivanubhava acts as a platform facilitating connections between devotees and temples. While we strive to ensure accurate information and reliable services, we are not liable for:

• Actions or omissions of partner temples
• Disruptions to temple services due to unforeseen circumstances
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform
• Loss of data or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control
